Annual Inspections
80% of all repairs can be avoided or predicted with annual maintenance. The bottom line is your equipment will last longer, you’ll save on utility operating expenses and you’ll enjoy the peace of mind knowing your equipment has been safety checked by a trained professional. You’ll receive a detailed written report as part of your inspection.
Priority Service
Jump to the head of the line. Your job is scheduled ahead of non-members, whether it’s for routine or emergency service.
No Travel Fees
All Monday – Friday travel charges are waived for Ship Shape Service Club Members.

Admiral Plan $19.95 per month
This plan covers (1) plumbing system, (1) heating system and (1) cooling system
- Total of 3 system inspections a year, (1) plumbing, (1) heating and (1) cooling
- Priority service
- Trip fees waived Monday - Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Up to 15% discount off regular retail rates
- Accrue up to $718 worth of Rewards for service, repairs and replacements for covered systems\
- Transferrable benefits
Commander Plan $14.95 per month
This plan covers (1) heating system and (1) cooling system
- Total of 2 system inspections a year, (1) heating and (1) cooling
- Priority service
- Trip fees waived Monday - Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Up to 15% discount off regular retail rates
- Accrue up to $538 worth of Rewards for service, repairs and replacements for covered systems
- Transferrable benefits
Add-on plan $12.45 per month (for homes with dual heating / cooling systems)
This plan gives you the flexibility to add additional heating and cooling equipment to your primary plan, whether you are an Admiral or Commander Member. With this plan you have the same benefits and proper coverage for all your heating and cooling systems in your home. Accrue up to $447 worth of Rewards for service, repairs and replacements for covered systems.

Example: You’ve been an Admiral Plan Member for 3 years (36 months @ $19.95 per month = $718 in Ship Shape Rewards). You require service on a covered system and the project total is $1200. You can apply $600 of Ship Shape Rewards (half the cost of the project) towards the amount due.
By canceling this agreement you will lose all accrued equity. No refunds will be issued. All agreements must be in good standing prior to receiving agreement benefits. All agreements in default in excess of three months will be immediately terminated and all benefits will be lost at that time. Waiver of travel fee good only during normal business hours, Monday – Friday. Ship Shape Rewards not used within a 3 year period expire. Ship Shape Rewards have no monetary value and can only be applied to service calls.
